I cancelled a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom collected their phone and sim card via door-to-door courier services at my workplace.yet Vodacom still deducts money from my account. I have neither their phone or sim card. Everytime I make enquiries I am informed that the contract has been cancelled and that my money will be returned in 14 days. This has been going on since November 2012, while I am being told that the contract has been cancelled and the phone has been received.
