I've launced a complaint about disappearing funds last week, explaining that I don't download and not getting any positive responce back from MTN. I can even take the simcard out my phone and the money on my contract will still be disappearing. So guess what? I got a response back saying I'm downloading. Please MTN, come on... don't just reply, send me a report from where and what I'm so calling downloading. This has been happening since about Feb 2013. If the account has not been fixed and reinbursed for my lost funds I'm cancelling the contract end of OCT.
