Since about Feb 2013 my available airtime per month has started disappearing. Before this problem started I had /- R380 available and only receive R100 per month. I've been to the walk-in stores numerous times, send some e-mails to Nigeria and South Africa and also phoned customer care. Every single "helping" person has another reason for my airtime disappearing. First they tell me it's subscription charges (which I don't have), then I'm downloading from the internet (which is also not the case). Please note I have a blackberry on old contract which are still uncapped on browsing the internet, e-mail, bbm ect. I've got 4 months left on my contract and would badly like to change my service provider, even though I have been with MTN for many many years.
