My complaint is concerning my airtime, I lost R170 of airtime in a day.
I called the MTN contact centre, on the 13th of June around 9pm spoke first to a Mbuyiselo, who then transferred me to a Malcolm till I finally got connected with Siyabonga. The agent told me the missing funds are because of downloading of Data, I use a blackberry and to my knolwedge the contract I signed Sept of 2011, BIS was free, regardless I have been downloading without being charged, even now with just 1cent left in my fone I am still downloading. I have written on their facebook page, tweeted them and still no help.
Please advice on who to contact and the cancellation of this MTN subscription, to even think I have been with them for more than 7years.
