MTN RIPPNG OFF BB USERS FOR DOWNLOADING

I have recently took up a Blackberry contract with MTN in 2012. For the first few months the service has been excellent and there was no restrictions for downloading content. Suddenly and without notice I realized that my download speed has been reduced to 1kb/sec and that downloading even the smallest thing was not possible. After months of frustration with not being able to download anything using my Blackberry I finally found the time to go to an MTN outlet (Chatsworth center branch), only to be informed by the staff that MTN has stopped all downloading for Blackberry users, and it has been issued for months (there wasn't even a reason given). It is appalling that a company like MTN will take such a drastic step and do something like this without even notifying its customers. I am still paying for the full BIS service and I am receiving half the service, THIS IS DAYLIGHT . And the after with consulting with other friends I have found out that other users are experiencing the same problem. I regret taking out this contract and I would terminate this contract in a heartbeat if I could because other networks do allow downloading with a Blackberry.
