Incorrect Billing & Incompetent Staff/Call Centre

MWEB sold me a faulty router that I returned because it was still under warranty, I was told that I would not be charged for this but this month I'm being billed for it. I called the billing department and got transferred to Sales because apparently it was their fault, I was then told that they have nothing to do with it and they put me on hold for 10 mins only for the guy to come back and tell me he can't help me and he's going to find out who can help me. This was after being on the line for more than 17 mins! I asked for a reference no for the call and he told me he can't give me one!? WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS? Now I have to go into the bank and tell them to reject your debit order and do a cash deposit into your account. What a waste of my time!
