Still awaiting action from Vodacom following my contract that was upgraded. It has been almost 2 months. I may have to deal with the fact that I am stuck with this phone contraact for the next 2years. Apparently there is a "Forensic Division" that is supposedly "handling my case", I have NEVER heard from anyone from this so-called division. Vodacom's disregard for customer complaints is utterly disgusting
