After several attempts to get feedback regarding the cellphone contract that was confirmed and concluded by Vodacom forensic services on the 23rd of Dec 2013 to have been upgraded in November 2013. I was notified that the reversal was going to be done with 7 to 14 days. I got an email on the 29th of Dec 2013 confirming that the reversal was indeed concluded. I went to Vodacom to upgrade but to my surprise i learnt that the reversal was done on the wrong number since i have two contracts with vodacom. I have been trying to get assistance from Vodacom to correct the reversal to the correct cell phone contract but with no joy even though the forensic dept had advised and instructed for the correct contract to be reversed. I have been sent from pillar to post and every time i go to Vodacom i get a different story.
