No solution to opened contract

I have reached the end of my tether with vodacom, My mom upgraded 2 of her TOP UP contracts at crown mines Makro on the 1st September 2013. On the 3rd September there was a 3rd contract taken out which she was billed for at the end of September the contract is on a off preak everyday 120??!!! Now after contacting vodacom numerous times forwading all the relevant documents to "THE DIVISION " at vodaworld and still no feedback. What astounds me is the fact that this new contract remains open. My mom is 71 years old and vodacom happily takes her money every month for the contract which was opened in a Ms Van Heerdens name with my moms banking details. Vodacom I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS DEBIT ORDER WAS NOT STOPPED AND WHY MY MOM CONTINUES TO BE BILLED FOR THIS ACCOUNT not to mention the stress and aggrevation it is causing. Hope to hear from you soon because i have been struggling since end of September to get this resolved and I am not contacting the call centre again because it is useless.
