I discovered in January that my contract had been upgraded only by the fact that my subsciption had tripled. When i checked my statement i saw that someone had upgraded it for a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the phone had been delivered in Germiston (I live in Hartbeespoort). I reported this to Vodacom and got a case number. In the meantime I asked them to blacklist the phone and not to deduct the money off my account (I do not use the sim card and the person who upgraded the phone and did a sim swop has not used the card either). They say they cannot do this. I have not heard from Vodacom and the money is going to be deducted off again at the end of this month for a phone I do not have and do not want.
