I was phoned by vodacom about my contract that it had expired and explained that they can extend it or cancel it. Not wanting my number lost I told them to extend it. Now a few months later I want a new handset on that contract wich I did not get when I exdended, after going to a VODACOM shop I was told they can't help me. The consultent told me I must phone customer care and gave me their number, when I told her this is a voda shop how can't they help me? She proceeded to phone customer care, what is unbelievable to me is the fact that they work for vodacom and don't know that that specific division is closed on weekends. After such bad service how can they expect me to carry on doing business with them. All the consultant had to do was sell me a handset even if I had to pay for it.
