I phone vodacom this afternoon to confirm that the credit was made, I was informed that I will pay for the new contract phone this month as well... A phone and contract I don't even have. At first I phoned 111 the lady directed me to the cancellations department, then the cancellations department gave me the following number 082. 1945 the lady informed me that she is unable to assist me and gave me 082 1958 to phone they also said ' sorry please phone 082 1946.

I didn't Evan phoned that number... I just feel that vodacom is the one that made the mistake... Now I should follow up in my working hours to sort it out...

I don't have the money in my account to pay that amount again...

would you please be so kindly to assist me in the matter. I'm not. Very happy with the service I have received from vodacom, _
