About 3 months ago vodacom stopped my bis because apparantely I prematurely upgraded so the special for the bis was no longer available. After them not being helpful at all or even wanting to do a spcial on an upgrade I phoned and they said my contract only comes to an end 1 jul, now the money is still being deducted off my acc, and is still going to be deducted because now all of a sudden my contract only comes to and end 31 jul! I could nly upgrade in the 22 month of my 24 month contract but I'm without my bis for 3 months? And now I have to go one month longer with paying how is that even possible? I want this contract cancelled 1 july that was discussed with me through vodacom cancellations department on 082 1958 I phoned in apr, then in may and then june to confirm that it will be cancelled! Now I want it done! I want nothing to do with vodacom anymore. As soon as my contract comes to an end with the other number I will no longer be a vodacom customer! Other service providers treat customers a whole lot better!
