I was due for a upgrade on the 23 of July. So i upgraded online. I received the phone (They came and deliver it) I noted that in the box there is a new sms card. I phoned vodacom and asked by the new sim card. the lady informed me that it is only if i would like to do a sim swop. (I don't want to)

On the 1st I have noted that vodacom took R136.25 exstra so again I phone and the lady told me that next month the payment is going to be less.

The upgrade came with R135.00 airtime and 100mb data. I noted that i have not yet received the data so i made a inquire about it. The lady at Vodacom informed me that the data was already on the sim.

On Saturday I went to the vodacom in Garden Route mall to go and find out what is going on - Just to find out that i wasn't upgraded they gave me a new contract. I DON'T WANT A NEW CONTRACT. The guy at the shop gave me number to phone to sort it out. I phone the number and after 25 min of no help i put the phone down. As from Saturday I'm trying to sort it out without any success
