Vodacom neglegting to stop deductions

I have faxed and phoned Vodacom regarding my complaint with no reply whatsoever. Worst service I have ever received!!!

The cellphone numbers:

082 727 9083 and
082 727 8552

were BOTH SIMULTANEOUSLY cancelled on 2 November 2012. The call was recorded and I was informed thereof. I specifically cancelled both numbers in one call and was informed by the lady assisting me that she did cancel both numbers. Regardless to say, she neglegted to do her job properly and only cancelled the one number. The money was still being deducted from my bank account month after month. I made many many phone calls to Vodacom trying to correct this. A lady in the cancellations department, Longile from Vodacom cancellations, assisted me and even phoned me back stating that the fault was on Vodacoms side and that my money would be refunded into my bank account. I spoke to the said Longile on 2013/02/04. I still have not received my refund from Vodacom and consider this as a form of. Vodacom owe's me a few months money and I want it back!
