I am still waiting for Vodacom to cancel my contract. Numerous phone calls made to the cancellation department with no luck! I am fed up. The contract has expired in April 2013 already and is currently on a month to month basis. The 072 177 5224 number has been ported to a cell C contract and the Vodacom sim card still works and debits money from my account!!!
I hereby would like Vodacom to please look at this matter urgently. I can be contacted on the following number 0842001448
