I have fought with all my blood and sweat to get rid of the so called service provider VIRGIN MOBILE. It started with a contract that was not what I wanted then numerous complaints about service later. I came to the end of the contract and VIRGIN MOBILE decides to continue with my contract four months after I cancelled it literally continuous for four months.
Eventually they agree that February 2013 is the last month and low and behold they stop invoicing my account. Three months down the line I apply for a BOND yes a bond and what do you think this SERVICE PROVIDER did? Reported me to Transunion as not paying my account!!! My bond is not approved.
I will not be able to put my children under a roof because VIRGIN MOBILE decided to report me Transunion as not paying my account three months after I ported to another service provider.
What do then try to do - O' you have to call VIRGIN MOBILE to sort it out but to my SUPRISE I spend 30 minutes of a ringing phone.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST.
