Not long ago, we had a problem with Autopage which you resolved for us. Now we have another problem with them. They did our upgrading by phone, and sent us the new Blackberry. After a while MTN phoned us, told my husband they had to close his telephone account because it is running to high. He said it could'nt be, because his bill is average R600 per month. They said to him if he know his internet is running all te time. Of course, he said, it is Blackberry and it is free. No, they said, you had to apply for the free internet for R60 per month. He said when they did the upgrading by phone with him, he said he wants everything the same as his previous contract. And that contract was including the free internet at R60 per month. They did not even try to listen, so now I want to know - when the contract were done by phone, they hammer on it that the conversation were recorded - there they can listen to what my husband said - everything the same as the previous contract. But no, all they repeat is he had to apply for it. We had to pay them R8000 for the internet services
