GPRS CHARGES ON BIS

I have twice logged queries online via autopage "my.account" as one cannot get to speak to an agent and although being promised a response within 48 hours, I still have had zero feedback from Autopage regarding my query and both cases are still open. I have a Blackberry (on Blackberry Talk 100 BIS plan) and would like to clarify the extremely high GPRS charges that has been reflecting on my monthly bill over the last two to three months and which seems to be increasing monthly. Yet I do not use my phone for surfing the internet and mainly use the BBM function and occasionaly browse facebook and send the odd whattsapp message. Why am I paying for BIS which is supposed be free internet browzing (even though I hardly use it). Autopage has indicated on itemised bill 349 internet connections in a month. I would like a breakdown of the "sites" visited or how they established this figure, so that I can see what I am being charged for.
