I have three (3) contracts with MTN one of which is a Blackberry
I have a two year contract with MTN at a set amount and R 70 extra for Free services form Black berry which includes - BBM, Facebook and the internet for Two (2) years this contract is legaly binding there staff like to rub under our nose when we signed the contract. Now I get an accoutn of R 2800 for internet services,
I have phoned all the other services providers and all told me the same story: The new Blackberry's that is out is different and the only thing that is included in the R 70 is your BBM and Facebook the internet services you will be charged for which I dont have a problem with. MY problem is that I dont have a new contract or a new phone I still have a old contract which is legal binding for TWo (2) years, why am I being charged on the new Blackberry contracts.
MTN's says that is the new billing system and the customer care lady said If I dont pay they will disconnect my phones which is business phones, so I must take it or leave it, Dont think its fair and they suppose to help and dont treat customers that bad
