PATHETIC SERVICE AND ALWAYS PASSING THE BUCK!!

I ported my number to MTN and always having BIS on my BLACKBERRY the contract i took out was not a BLACKBERRY contract so i activated BIS as a extra charge of R59.00 a month since the middle of december.
i have been charged almost R200 up until middle of January for (PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS) internet services i have used and having BIS it should cover all of that. my wife who is on prepaid has BIS thru MTN as well and i do the exact same thing on her phone as on mine and yet she doesnt get charged anything extra. i had a contract with ALTECH AUTOPAGE before this for 2 years @R99 per month & i never paid anything extra for any internet services and im doing the same thing as before on my MTN contract. trying to get a hold of them to explain to me what the services are for they tell me the same thing that it is billable. i have got a detailed report from MTN and i have been charged for all internet services i have gone onto as far as i can see and as ill say again i've done the same thing as before so MTN is RIPPING me off big time and all they are saying is that it is billable the internet services i have been using. im waiting for them to explain to me what the charges are fo
