This is the second time that I have taken a contract with Autopage & they have billed me incorrectly & haven't provided the services I am paying for. I took out a new contract in Oct'12, & was incorrectly billed. Numerous attempts to get a copy of my contract & the deal I had taken have not resulted in anything from them yet! No surprise!!!
My second contract - I am now being charged internet fees & BIS (isnt BIS internet); my big problem is these charges occur when I am not even on the internet. My last bill had charges daily for internet usage at almost the same time everyday. I have queried this & again there is no reply with any information; except of course to contact the Technical dept who will tell me how to use my Blackberry.
I dont understand why they send out ratings emails and never do anything about the response.
AUTOPAGE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! How many queries do I need to log to get a proper response?
