Signed up for a 2 year contract that includes a 32 inch Samsung TV on the 3rd of August 2013. After 3 weeks I HAD to call the store as to when the TV will be delivered. Some consultant told me that MTN are not in control of the situation and blamed the company (Brightpoint) that deals with the TV's. I find this unacceptable as I did not sign a contract with this company but with MTN.
Also no one from the store bothers to return calls.
Hopefully this message reaches someone in a position to resolve this
