The levels of customer service in this country are disappointingly poor. I hate dealing with most service providers (of any service), I often expect to be let down and prepare to have to follow up myself.
I am not affiliated to Web Africa in any way, apart from being their client for the past few years. I would say that Web Africa are 'head and shoulders' above the rest, but that would be inaccurate. They are much further than that, they are in a league of their own. Their service has been consistently excellent every single time I have dealt with them, and I have dealt with them a lot. They are always humble, all of their agents know exactly what they are talking about (rare), on the few occasions when I've had a problem, they have corrected it almost instantly (even when it was my fault), I always get to an agent quickly when I phone.
It's rare to see a company that treats their customers this well, and at no extra cost!
