I would like to lay a complaint on the MTN store in St Peters Mall Observatory. I signed a contract deal in April with MTN. This was for a Samsung Galaxy Pocket with the 32 inch Samsung TV. It took ages for me to get my phone and I am still waiting for my TV. I have a TV licence which belongs to me and I made a copy for the store. Everything was approved and verified.
Today, MTN debited money from my account for the contract deal but I still do not have my TV. It is like I am paying for something I do not have. This is really unacceptable and I am considering not doing business with MTN in future.
I would like my TV delivered before the end of this week.
