I have been an mtn contract customer since 2007 and have always upgraded my contract. On the 6th of september i renewed my contract, the deal was a samsung galaxy pocket with a 32 inch samsung tv. i was told that this may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. i was first assisted by a lady by the name of lana and then handed over to another consulant in the store named jaryd. we signed the contract and was handed the phone. we tried using the phone later in the day and it was not working correctly. we found out that it was not rica'd. returned it to the store frustrated that this was not done correctly in the first place. we have waited 3 weeks for the tv to arrive and nothing. so i went to the store and they advised that they cannot find the paper work for the tv and i have to wait for lana or jaryd to return to work before they can find out about the tv order. i am extremely annoyed that i have to wait this long to find out that nothing has been done about the tv. i also went into the shop with all the important info (tv license etc) is there any way to sort this out or fast track it.
