I took out the Samsung phone with Samsung led 32" tv and have been waiting for almost a month for my tv. I have not been able to get anyone at Brightpoint to answer the phone. MTN apparently are not to blame. Well i blame MTN for using a company like Brightpoint and will be ensuring theough all major media outlets not to use Brightpoint if they can help it. The worst company i have ever dealt with. I too am in the service industry, if we gave that kind of service, we would be fired. Just by reading all the other complaints i am surprised that no legal action has been taken against them... well, that is about to change very soon. In the meantime i am going to cancel my contract and go else where, sorry MTN but you should know better.
