I have upgraded on 25/02/2013 to the package that includes Samsung Pocket Galaxy and a Samsung TV. The sales person that assist me at Somerset Mall was Isaac Shuping. I waited 3 weeks before the contract could be loaded onto your system. Now 7/03/2013 I am still waiting for the Samsung TV. I was advised to phone the company that delivers the TV'S. I phoned them today and they informed that no such TV was ordered from them.
Complaint 1 : I went back to Isaac Shuping 4 times before I received my phone, this after he promised me that it will only take a couple of days.
Complaint 2 : You cannot phone the MTN store in the Somerset Mall because, according to Isaac Shuping nobody answers the phone in their shop!!! Aren't you guys a telephone company!
Complaint 3 : Isaac Shuping never contacted me as he promised to do, I had to get hold of him through the 808 call centre.
Complaint 4 : Today, 7/03/2013, I found that Isaac Shuping never ordered the 32 inch Samsung TV, that was part of the upgrade.
Complaint 5 : Today 7/03/2013 I was told, by your 808 call center, to go and see the manager at Somerset Mall MTN to resolve my issue. Can't he phone me, after this appalling service from M
