On the 26th Feb2013 i made an upgrade on my top-up contract at Mtn Cresta mall, the upgrade includes a Samsung cellphone and 32inch Samsung Led TV. I was told my TV will be delivered within 14-21 workings days its now 04Arpil and I still dont have my TV. Instead of following up on my query i have been told to call a company called Brightpoint, that company phone rings with no answer everyday. When i tell them that there is no answer on that phone they say theres nothing they can do! I made a deal with MTN and not this Brightppoint company so why should i be chasing around with a third party. Im going to cancel my contract and i hope everybody else does the same this is service from MTN.! OFF*
