Uproceesed upgrade and failure to delieve

I upgraded my contract on march this year, after 3 months the phone started freezing and unable to switch on, i then took it to the nearest auto page and they said they will book it for repairs. It then took a months there then came back, after 3 weeks back it then did the same thing, i took it to autopage again and they asked for a proof of purchase, i didn't have such then called customer care, they told me that they will send a Currier to take my phone for a CPA assessment, . the phone was taken and after 4 weeks i called auto page asking how far is the assessment, they told me they never received my phone but the system shows that it was collected. I spoke to a guy named bheki and he said they will search for the phone then credit it, they did that for 3 weeks and they said they can't find it. They then said they will upgrade and give me a new phone, I then agreed and choose a different phone, it took them 2 weeks to process that and I have been calling them daily. Now bheki told me that they have approved the upgrade but now they are not giving me the phone, they have been telling me stories after story. I am missing a lot of things without my phone. I need this phone ASP.
