Manipulation into accepting the contract

Before signing my MTN contract for the samsung galaxy tablet as well as the Samsung TV, i enquired from the sales rep, if the contract can be migrated to prepaid. He agreed and suggested that it be done after 3 months, with this i decided to sign the contract as i could change to prepaid at anytime. Managing the contract i opted to leave it as is. 4 months ago i visited the randburg MTN and a consultant advised me that my account can be migrated to prepaid but i should wait till the end of the month, avoid prorata. i went back 2 months later lady assisted me, signed the form, gave a copy of my id. 5 minutes later she advised it has been migrated. when i called the call center it was not done. Visited the store and the new manager acknowledged that the lady even advised her that she is doing it on the system as she has access. i escalated the query, and to date the store manager is geetting back to me... As MTN promised, and the documents signed - i want my account migrated to prepaid...
