'Vanishing of airtime'

Took up contract phone and for the past 3 months i havent been able to use the airtime/data /BIS loaded on my sim.

The moment it would be loaded it would just dissapear. and so i resorted to buying my own airtime and just not even utilising the sim.
Its been over a year the contract is in order-payement wise and yet iam not fuly using teh service.

Can someone at Vodacom maybe explain to me how this happens?
