1. I am a prepaid customer and migrated from Blackberry to Samsung during August 2013. The person assisting me with the upgrade did not mention that you have to send an SMS to 0825151 "Blackberry Stop" to cancel the monthly "data cost" otherwise they will keep on deducting the R59.00"

2. The new Samsung with all the apps is constantly busy checking and updating apps with the result that a 1 gig data bundle was consumed in no time. AND that is where my gripe comes from with no notification the R275.00 airtime loaded was used for data AT R2.00/mb (what a rip off.

When I called the call centre to find out what happened to my airtime I was told that there is no way to NOT ALLOW the phone to use airtime if the data bundle is used up.
