Airtime and data keep disappearing

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have a top-up contract with my Samsung s3 and I have spent sooooo much money on recharging my account with airtime and data bundles almost everyday and it just keeps disappearing.
I spoke to a gentleman and he said MAYBE IT a software poroblem, I just bought R5 AIRTIME AND SHOWED MY COLLEGUES and they witness this airtime is gone
I cant afford to keep buying airtime like this but I need my phone to have airtime
By the way, I close all background apps that may be running on my iphone so IT IS NOT THAT WHICH IS TAKING MY AIRTIME!!! DO NOT tell me that its running applications in the background cos ITS NOT!!! Iv never had this problem before up until 21 June when i got my contract airtime and data, and now almost every hour I have to recharge with airtime and bundles that i do not even get to use am so upset!!!
This better stop and soon, this is absolute rubbish!! MTN had better tell me what is taking my airtime and STOP it
