My Cell C Blackberry contract ended on 20 August 2013 and as I had upgraded in May to a new Blackberry, the new contract came into effect. The included BIS on my new contract was however never connected by Cell C so I had no BBM or internet at all.
I called the call centre and the agent logged a query after admitting this was a mistake on Cell C's side and the BIS was included (free of charge) in my new contract. She said this would be fixed in 24 to 48 hours... I am still waiting. I called again on Friday afternoon to find out what was going on and was told that since a query had already been logged a request could only be sent for feedback... and I am STILL waiting.
My overall assessment of Cell C has dropped from a 5 to a 1 on their service assessment and with my second contract up for renewal soon, I am likely to cancel it if this is not sorted out quickly and effectively. I trust Cell C will make sure I am not charged for the connection of BIS on this contract and will get this sorted NOW!!! Come on Cell C, what happened to all those promises of service excellence!
