Shocking service experience from Cell C

Received a call from Cell C in August stating that I am due for an upgrade and that I should visit a Game store for assistance. On 25 August 2013, I visited Game Trade Route Mall to upgrade my contract. It was done incorrectly by the consultant and I had to revisit on 31 August 2013 for the contract to be rectified. I was put on a Straight up 100 Top up, whereas I wanted to be on a Straight up 100 with an open line. I was told to wait for 24 working hours for the matter to be dealt with. On 3 September 2013, I received a reference number for my query from Cell C 3090303388 and by 7 September, the problem was still not rectified. I then contacted Cell C and spoke to a consultant named Andrea from the KZN office, who said that on the system no query shows, she was very helpful and helped rectify my contract and called back to say that the new contract is activated, together with the BIS. However the BIs was never connected, I contacted Cell C today and spoke to Unathi who told me that my new contract is not activated and will only kick in, in October which is incorrect. I am very unhappy with Cell C's service and I want this sorted immediately!
