Disappointed with cell c

Cell c for yourself??
Its sad to say but It looks like the only way to get help from cell c is through hellopeter...
I switched my contract to cell c in march, 1st was delivered a faulty phone, pleased to say after reporting on hellopeter I got assisted and phone was replaced within 10 days.., while my new blackberry was sent back I had to use my old blackberry which couldn't work with my new BIS contract & thus had to activate old BIS while waiting. Once the faulty phone was replaced I called in to cancel BIS for old blackberry and to find out if my new BIS is active and was told it should be as its part of my contract and they cannot activate it again and will escalate my query and someone will call me..i have been waiting for almost a week now and I I'm being charged for the data I use!! I should be getting 600mb which is included in my contract.
I have already reached my usage limit because of the data charges and I am still waiting for someone to contact me... no one in the call center can help I am being told I just have to wait until someone contacts me, how long will I have to wait?! I hope I will be refunded and the contract fixed up, really getting frustrated with cell c
