I upgraded my contract to a blackberry on 10th July. Blackberry froze, I was not happy with it. so within the specified 7 days, on 16th July, I returned the phone to Cell C Galleria and cancelled the contract. NATURALLY, Cell C did not update their records, and I have been charged for the blackberry and full contract for the whole month. Had the phone for SIX days. I phoned on 16th August, Ref no. 3081601747 - escalation sms told me I would hear in 24-48 working hours. I phoned last week again, spoke to someone who said that would enquire for me. It is now nearly TWO WEEKS, and I have not had the courtesy of a reply, phone or email from Cell C. Meanwhile, the debit order goes off on Friday. What is wrong with Cell C - never, ever does anything get done properly?
