Recently got a new Cell C contract and am very disappointed with it. Actually have 3 contracts: 2 cell phone and 1 data.

Contract 1:
Struggling for 1.5 years with dropped calls on Blackberry 9320. Call center just said problem was with my phone. In Nov '12 took my phone to Clearwater Cell C store for repairs. On receiving it back (more than a month later as store never told me that phone was back), dropped calls continued, even after replacing sim card. Can't even complete call to call center (IF you ever get answer there) to complain!

Contract 2: dаta:
Had it for 3 years now, initially on 2 year contract (month-2-month now). Worked very well for 2 years. I now have speed stick that shows that its connected (software), but I'm unable to browse internet. After manually dis- and reconnecting (sometimes multiple times), able to access web. Connection doesn't stay open: rarely stays connected for longer than 10-15 minutes so down- and uploads are very frustrating.

Contract 3:
Got this on 22/11/2013, but my requested no wasn't ported. Can't reach call center as call keep being dropped or Cell C agents don't want to help. Trying to cancel contract, but obviously can't talk to anyone.
