I renewed my cell phone contract with Cell C recently and the new contract came into effect on the 26th of August 2013. I'm supposed to get my airtime/sms/data bundle replenished on this date.

Nothing seems to have happened on the 26th of October 13 however??

Can someone at Cell C please enlighten me as to why I am not connected to the internet and why I haven't received an SMS notifying me?

Cell C is in breach of this contract as I'm not receiving my airtime and data bundles on the said date. This is inexcusable.
