Billing department is not allocating the payments right, we send emails to [Email Removed] and they delete it without reading it and then cut our phones because we did not pay. They give us credit on different account, when we want to claim it and question them we do not get any response back. Our debit order is suppose to be on the last day of the month and now they have deducted money on the 25/8/2013, that was already paid cash. Payment have been made and then they deduct it again. I have given written consent to my wife to handle this account on my behalf and they still are given her hassles. We are fed up, have been into Sandton to speak to them 1 on 1, over the phone, emails and still we have no joy. Please can you assist.
