Vodacom
Honour your arrangement!

I made a complaint against Vodacom on this site on 14 July, whereby they refused to honour my payment agreement to them, preferring to hand me over to a Debt Collector! This prompted a call from a man named UZRAZ on the 20th of July. He told me the matter had been escalated and gave me the ref number A1-0zero7u-SLU1zeroQ and I never heard from Vodacom again.

To my surprise, the debit order was not sent to my bank, since I made the complaint, so I CALLED THEM today to ask why I wasn't being debited. I spoke to SINGIYA at 9.47am and she told me, my matter was in Legal and about to be handed over to a collector if I didn't make an arrangement to pay. My effort to bring her up to date was repeatedly met with standard answers. So now I have YET ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT, which she insisted must be direct cash payment into Vodacom account, because her department did not have the authority to do debit orders!
So how then was the first agreement made?
Why is Vodacom bent on handing over to Debt Collectors when I am willing to pay?
