It has been more than 10 days since I lodged the complaint with FNB, and still it has not been resolved REF NO: 274541.
My questions still haven't been answered which were:
1. Why was my request for a payment break ignored?
2. Why am I still billed as Credit Card, whereas I was advised to destroy card and make repayments as a loan?
3. Why is my arrangement with MBDC disregarded, and new Debt Collectors appointed?
I don't know which channel to use now as I also sent the complaint to the CEO Mr Michael Jordaan, yet my complaint was not resolved. The Complaints Manager - Mamsi Prescious Molapa - gave a very generic response, telling me of who my Debt Collector and Liaison person (stuff I already know), instead of attending to my specific questions.
This is sickening... I need answers because In will not be making another arrangement with a different Debt Collector unitl I am provided with satisfactory reasoning or I am refunded the money I paid through the arrangement with MBDC.
Can a professional from FNB please respond!
