UTTER USELESS SERVICE

I'VE BEEN A VODACOM CLIENT FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS
ACC OPENED IN MAIDEN NAME, I MARRIED IN AUG 2008 & 1 LINE ON MAIN ACC UTILIZED BY MY HUSBAND SINCE 2008
ON 6 FEB 2013 WE WERE DIVORCED INCORPORATING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WHICH STATES HE TAKES FULL RESPONCIBILITY FOR HIS NUMBERS ACC (LINE CANCELLED 1ST FEB 2013 & THERE'S AN ARREARS AMOUNT OF R5964.32 - WHICH HE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH VODACOM TO PAY OFF AS HE DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO SETTLE SAME IMMEDIATELY - NOR DO I - & ITS NOT MY RESPONCIBILITY AS PER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WHICH WAS MADE A COURT ORDER ON 6TH INSTANT.
ON 7 FEB I INFORMED VODACOM OF THE ABOVE & MY EX-HUSBAND HAS NO AUTHORITY ON THE ACC FOR MY NUMBER, BUT INSTRUCTED THEM TO MAKE A NOTE THAT IF HE CONTACTED THEM TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF ARREARS THEY SHOULD ASSIST HIM.
SPOKE TO LEGAL DEPT 2 ARRANGE ABOVE SO MY EX-HUSBAND COULD MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT. LEGAL INFORMED ME THAT MY EX HUSBAND SHOULD CALL THEM & DO SAME.
BEARING IN MIND I HAD ALREADY EMAILED ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS (SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT) TO TWO FAX NUMBERS & 3 EMAIL ADDRESSES. WHEN MY EX HUSBAND CONTACTED THEM THIS MORNING (8 FEB) HE WAS INFORMED THEY CANNOT ASSIST HIM AS HE IS NOT
