I am desperate & cannot use my phone. My sim card just died. I requested a sim swap on 22 August at 10am. I was told it will take 4hrs. Its now the 23August 2:30pm and I am still waiting. I have called the callcentre numerous times & was told to be patient. I am told an email was sent & the person will call me & still nothing. I am not happy with this poor service. Unfortunately it's a contract, so I am stuck with CellC.
