I skipped a payment for a month then I tried to settle my account but I could not keep up with the instalment that jumped from around R200 to R800, made a payment arrangement. Paid the amount I promised to pay, but within the same month I received sms's harassing me to pay my account. I ignored them since it is the same month that I made the payment arrangement with them. This week I received an sms saying my account has been handed to debt collectors. My question is if I made a payment arrangement with them and made the payment I said I was gonna make, is it right for them to hand my account over to debt collectors?
