Vodacom not honouring agreement

Making an arrangement with Vodacom does not help anything!!! I made an arrangement (24Oct) to pay my arrear account on 15 Novemeber. The consultant told me everything is in order and I will be able to make calls and use my account, which was all working until today... 8 Novemeber? long way from the 15th... What am I supposed to do now? I only get paid on the 15th? Anyway what else should I have expected from Vodacom.
