I recently bought a samsung galaxy s3 and it brought to my attention dat I have to change my sim to micro sim, I went to a vodashop wonderpark I was told I can not make a sim swop if I don't know my last 5 numbers, I called 082111 for advice they asked me questions to verify if I'm the user and I answered, and it was successful but got cut before we proceed, later in the day I called 082111 to proceed a guy asked me de same questions I was asked during de day, then to my shock he said I can't do ur sim swop cos u got a question wrong, I asked what question he said you told me you exchanged your point for data bundle which is true but you can't give me the exact date, so you must go to the police station and go back to that same vodashop, when I asked him does he know the exact date he recharged his phone october last year his response was "that's your attitude that will make me not to help you". My question to vodacom is do you guys know the exact date of when you recharged you phones? Can I get my refund for the phone I bought and micro sim since its a problem to convert this sim
