My phone was on Friday Night, 25 October. I reported it to the police who said I had to get it black liste it. I called the Vodacom call centre last night while at the police station round about 11pm. I don't know have a box or slip for this phone. the agent asked me security questions which is procedure. what irritated me is that, how do I know how many bundles do I have? and 2, how do I know how many talking points do I have. I usually recharge using my cellphone banking. problem is I forget how much I recharged with the last time I recharged. So the agent told me that I failed to answer all questions therefore HE COULD NOT BLACKLIST MY PHONE! off!!!
