Mtn
Impossible security questions and

I had to do a sim swap, because my new phone required the smaller sim card. The security questions asked by the agent was the last three calls made by me and the exact time they were made, and the last time I recharged my account and with what amount. I could not remember immediately, as I only recharge my account occasionally, as I don't spend a lot of money on calls.
It seems to me that someone trying to do a sim swap can then simply recharge the phone and make three calls, which will enable that defrauder to do a successful sim swap. Wouldn't a better security question be the postal address, ID number, e-mail or alternative phone number?
The agent in question, Godfrey, was also not very courteous and helpful when I asked him to rather speak to my son, who could be of more assistance, as I could not fully understand or hear him in a call center which is overly noisy.
Very disappointing service. I had to then drive 20 km at night to the closest police station to get an affidavit to complete a simple sim swap.
